Certificate in Beverage Business Management
The Certificate in Beverage Business Management is a not-for-credit program designed
to provide professionals in the beverage industries a well-balanced background in
all of the functional areas of business and emphasize the transfer of industry specific
knowledge and skills. Participants earn the certificate by attending four, three-day
sessions that are offered on a quarterly basis throughout the year. Classes are
designed to meet industry needs and are delivered live in Fort Collins and other
select regional locations. Nationally recognized guest speakers and tours of local
businesses are integral parts of the education and enhance the practical orientation
of the program.
Besides the opportunity to acquire additional expertise the program offers attendees
networking potential that can be important to placement and advancement in the future. Workshop sessions are held in November, February, May/June, and August. November begins the cycle for each new certificate cohort. The cohort allows participants to learn and engage with a group of other professionals for the entire certificate cycle.
Workshops will be offered on a regional basis in Fort Collins and in other selected
locations. Workshop participants will earn optional credit toward a certificate.
Additional sessions offered by guest speakers and tours are an integral part of
the program and add to the quality of the learning environment. For additional information
